What is ‘Project Fitness’? 

In simple terms, “Project fitness” is an online fitness and nutrition plan designed to transform your body over 90 days. 

However, Project Fitness does more than just tell you what to do. It teaches you why you’re doing it and how to create your own plan in the future. 

I designed this product to be the ultimate education in exercise and nutrition. With video content , ebooks and online support, you will have all the tools needed to transform your body and achieve your goal. With project fitness, you’ll be able to learn how to truly master your health and fitness! what’s more, you’ll also meet like minded people in our private community who will help support and motivate you along your journey!

If you are ready to commit and invest in your health, then you will not only become fitter, healthier and more confident, you will also learn how to sustain your results whilst still having a balanced life!

Training

Learn how to utilise weights effectively to sculpt and shape your body. You’ll be taught a variety of training methods such as supersets, drop sets, giant sets, pyramid sets. In addition, you will be provided with a tailor made workout plan to help you reach your specific goal. 

Cardio

Become educated on how to utilise cardio to assist in fitness and fat loss goals. You’ll also be educated on the 3 main types: HIIT, LISS, and fartlek. Learning these methods will give you flexibility and allow you variety within your training plan. 

 

Structure

Flexible yet focused.These programmes are designed to fit around your lifestyle whilst also making sure your hitting each muscle group. We also offer different “training splits”. So if you prefer to workout 3 times a week or 5 times a week – we can cater for both. 

 

Nutrition Manual

My approach to nutrition is designed to give you freedom whilst also promoting health. We produce tailor made calories and macronutrients based on your personal stats & lifestyle. This allows you to know exactly what your body needs in order to achieve your goal.

Recipes 

You will receive a variety of recipes designed specifically towards fitness goals. We pride ourselves on allowing you to eat balanced meals which are filling and tasty! You will also have access to our library of cooking videos for visual demos! 

Support

When you sign up you will gain full access to a personal trainer. You will be able to have all your questions answered throughout your journey. This will make sure you understand your programme clearly and help keep you motivated when you get stuck!

WHAT MAKES THIS PLAN DIFFERENT?

Most mainstream plans tell you what to do. They usually give you a strict set of rules to follow which can be a nightmare to fit into a person’s lifestyle.  I find that these ‘rules’ usually cause you to feel like your either on plan or off plan. This can result in people feeling like they are constantly falling off the ‘waggon’ if they don’t follow these strict rules. This to me doesn’t promote a healthy relationship with food or fitness! Fitness and healthy eating should be enjoyable and fit into your lifestyle!

However! One of the biggest flaws I have found with other plans  is they don’t actually TEACH YOU about the real reasons you’re doing something. They normally just tell you what to do. This makes you reliant on the plan – usually, so they can generate more money for themselves. Shake diets are a perfect example of this.

The major difference with Project Fitness is that it actually tells you WHY you’re doing something. This results in you having freedom and choice. This plan gives you the power to learn how to eat out and still stay on track, and how to fit the foods you enjoy into your diet. What’s more! With over 100 healthy recipes it will teach you how to cook quick and simple healthy meals. Unlike other plan’s, your not forced to eat these recipes, they are an addition to the plan to give you ideas and inspiration and teach you how to make speedy healthy meals! The flexibility of this plan is incredible and one of the major benefits!!
